Shearing Blade

Made of Cr12MoV material, the blade is durable.

The blade cuts in with a beveled arc, requiring less effort to cut and preventing the sheet material from warping. It exhibits minimal twisting and deformation, making it suitable for cutting long plates, thin plates, and stainless steel.

Blade Gap adjustment

Purely mechanical adjustment, simple structure, low failure rate, low maintenance cost, intuitive and precise adjustment, fine adjustment with graduated handwheel, burr-free cut surface, flat and minimally deformed sheet material, and normal production even during power outages.
