Introduction To Components
Slider
the core part of the power press, which directly drives the upper die. It has built-in overload protection (safety block) to protect the machine from damage under overload, and the precision guide ensures stamping accuracy. We also added safety warning labels for safe operation.
Control Cabinet
Mature components, highly adaptable, and with a low failure rate. It features a combination of time relays and contactors, supports single/continuous stamping mode switching, and can be perfectly integrated with feeders and foot switches to meet the needs of semi-automatic/automatic production.
Gas Source Triple Unit
The entire unit consists of a filter, a pressure regulating valve, and an oil mist lubricator, which can purify the compressed air, ensure the stable operation of the cylinder and solenoid valve, and extend the life of the entire pneumatic control assembly.
Work lights
