How to Choose the Right Die?

Every press brake we offer includes flexible die options: choose from standard or custom non-standard punches and dies, matched to your machine’s bending force requirements. Our tooling is engineered with precision and premium materials, delivering exceptional accuracy, reliable quality, and long-lasting wear resistance. Even under continuous, high-intensity use, it maintains stable performance, ensuring your metalworking processes stay consistent and efficient.

Bending Force 100T to 135T

2 V Die

Integrating both V8 and V12 V-grooves to accommodate different sheet thicknesses:

  • V8 Groove: Suitable for bending thin/small to medium-sized sheets; the 86° groove is suitable for bending at 90° angles, providing more precise springback control.
  • V12 Groove: Suitable for thicker sheets; both specifications can be switched in a single clamping, reducing mold changeover time and directly doubling production efficiency.
  • A 1.5mm safety clearance zone is designed in the groove to prevent the sheet edge from interfering with the mold during bending, avoiding scratches to the workpiece.

Four V-groove lower mold

Four independent V-grooves, all at a uniform 85° angle: All four grooves are designed at 85°, allowing for a standard 90° angle after bending and springback, adapting to different plate thicknesses and bending requirements.

High-precision tolerances: Key dimensions such as 60±0.01mm and 30±0.02mm are controlled with precision tolerances, ensuring coaxiality after clamping and minimal bending angle error.

Groove fillet design (R1/R2/R2.5/R3/R4): Rounded corners at different locations reduce stress concentration, protecting the die cutting edge and preventing scratches on the workpiece.

95 square multi-V lower mold

Main body dimensions: 95×95mm square, with an M16×30 threaded hole in the center for direct mounting on the bending machine’s worktable or die base, making clamping very convenient.

4 standard 86° bending slots (suitable for conventional 90° right-angle bends, with springback compensation design)

1 30° acute-angle bending slot (suitable for closed-end, sharp-corner, and square tube no-planing grooving bends)

Slot fillets: Different slots feature rounded corners of R0.5/R1/R1.5/R2/R2.5, providing both scratch and chip resistance.

Bending Force 300T

300 square multi-V lower mold

This 120×120mm multi-V press brake die is built for heavy-duty, high-tonnage bending operations. Featuring 6 precision-machined grooves (4×86° standard V-grooves + 2×84° deep V-grooves), it offers all-in-one versatility for both light and thick material bending. Its robust square body with dual central M20 mounting holes ensures exceptional rigidity and stability under heavy loads, while rounded edge transitions prevent scratching and extend service life. The dual-angle design provides accurate 90° bends with minimal trial-and-error, making it ideal for high-volume multi-spec production.

Bending Force 400T

300 square multi-V lower mold

This 130×130mm multi-V press brake die is engineered for heavy-duty, high-tonnage bending operations. Featuring 6 precision-machined 86° V-grooves, it offers all-in-one versatility for light to thick material bending. Its robust square body with dual central M20 mounting holes ensures exceptional rigidity and stability under heavy loads, while multi-radius edge transitions prevent scratching and extend service life. The uniform 86° angle design delivers accurate 90° bends with minimal trial-and-error, making it ideal for high-volume multi-spec production

Upper Punch

Gooseneck Upper Punch

This precision gooseneck press brake punch is purpose-built for deep box and flange bending. Its large R20 gooseneck profile provides ample clearance to avoid part interference, enabling one-step forming of high-depth boxes without rework. With a precision-machined ±0.02mm mounting interface and 86° angle compensation, it ensures accurate 90° bends and stable performance in high-volume production.

Hemming Die

Hemming Die

This 26° acute angle press brake punch is purpose-built for sharp-angle and closed-section bending. Its ultra-narrow 26° profile enables interference-free forming of closed boxes and acute angles without pre-notching, reducing production steps and costs. With a robust shank design and hardened cutting edge, it delivers consistent precision and long service life in high-volume operations.
