Introduction To Components

Fast Clamp

The quick-clamping fixture allows for rapid assembly, disassembly, and replacement of bending dies, significantly reducing changeover time and is a standard feature of modern bending machines. The lever is used to lock/unlock the die, providing convenient operation and a secure hold.

Foot Pedal

Dual-Pedal Operation: Two independent foot pedals control down and up movements, freeing your hands to focus on precise material positioning for faster, more accurate bends.

Integrated Emergency Stop: The elevated red mushroom-style E-stop button provides instant, unobstructed access to shut down the machine in case of emergency, meeting global safety standards.

Front Support Arm

It can support the sheet material throughout the bending process, preventing angle deviation and dimensional error caused by the sag of long/thin sheets due to their own weight. It also avoids the precision fluctuation caused by uneven force and shaking when manually supporting the material, ensuring the dimensional consistency of batch processing.

Mechanical Crowing

When subjected to force, the slider and worktable of a bending machine undergo elastic deformation, resulting in a larger bending angle in the middle of the sheet metal and a smaller angle at both ends, commonly known as “opening error”. The servo compensation system drives the worktable to generate reverse pre-deformation through a lead screw, which counteracts the deflection of the equipment under force, keeping the bending angle error of the entire sheet metal within ±0.25°, ensuring that the angle of the entire workpiece is completely consistent.

Upper punch and Die

Standard upper and lower dies can meet different bending requirements of customers, and different die solutions can be customized according to the characteristics of the customer’s sheet material.
