BEIGEMA BGA-2 BackGauge

This 2-axis CNC backgauge serves as a standard positioning component for press brakes, integrating X-axis (depth) and R-axis (vertical) motion units driven by a full AC servo system. It enables independent, automatic adjustment of the backgauge depth and finger height to accommodate varying sheet thicknesses and tooling specifications. Delivering stable repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm and supporting 0.1mm fine adjustments, it ensures precise bending dimensions and significantly enhances product consistency. It is compatible with mainstream CNC systems (such as Delem) and both all-electric and electro-hydraulic press brakes, while its modular design allows for future multi-axis upgrades.

This high-configured 3+1 axis CNC backgauge integrates X depth axis, R height axis, Z horizontal moving axis three servo motion units, matched with 1-axis mechanical crowning compensation system, driven by full AC servo system for 3-axis linkage precise control.
It can automatically adapt to various sheet thicknesses, die specifications and irregular workpiece bending requirements, with repeat positioning accuracy up to ±0.01mm and 0.1mm micro adjustment, ensuring precise bending dimension lock. Meanwhile, it compensates bending deflection in real time, greatly improving finished product consistency and processing efficiency.

The full AC servo drive system realizes precise multi-axis linkage control.
