Working Priciple Of Four Roller Machine
- Initial standby: The four rollers are arranged in a diamond pattern, and the equipment enters the ready state.
- Sheet clamping: The lower roller rises, clamping the sheet together with the upper roller, providing stable friction for subsequent forming.
- End pre-bending: The side rollers feed and push the edge of the sheet, completing the pre-bending process and eliminating straight edge errors.
- Continuous rolling: The side rollers apply continuous pressure, and with the synchronous rotation of the upper and lower rollers, the sheet is gradually rolled into a cylindrical shape.
- Complete cylindrical forming: The sheet is joined end to end, and a single clamping operation completes the processing of a perfectly cylindrical shape without straight edges.

Introduction To Components

Hardened Rolls
The material is mostly 42CrMo alloy steel, which is tempered and surface hardened, and has high strength and high wear resistance. It is the main component that bears the forming load.

Drop End
After winding is complete, the bearing seat on the tipping mechanism side can rotate outward by 90°, causing the upper roller end to detach from the support and form a cantilever. The finished cylinder can then be easily pushed out along the upper roller axis without the need for hoisting or obstacle avoidance.
Throwing is prevented due to misoperation during winding through a mechanical and hydraulic double interlock. Simultaneously, a balancing device ensures stability of the upper roller in the cantilever state, preventing damage to the equipment or workpiece.

Hydraulic System
This integrated hydraulic valve station is the core power control part of plate bending rolls. Multiple solenoid valves independently control pre-bending, rolling, and discharging movements. High-strength hydraulic piping, real-time pressure gauges ensure stable working performance, reducing machine failure rate for metal sheet rolling production.

Hydraulic motor + reducer assembly
Serving as the power heart of the upper roll, this hydraulic drive assembly transforms hydraulic power from the HPU into precise rotational motion.
It drives the upper roll to feed and bend the plate continuously, while the integrated reducer amplifies torque and transmits it to the roll shaft through a rigid flange connection, ensuring stable, high-torque performance during forming.
